What are your opening times?

 

 For Jungle Jims – At the moment due to capacity limits and for allowing us to clean down more there are set sessions inside Jungle Jims. These are: 9.30 – 11.30, 12.00 – 14.00 and 14.30 – 16.30. We also have exclusive hire options available after 17.00.

 

For the Watering Hole – our opening times are 10am till 6pm. Please note opening of our outdoor area is weather dependent for health and safety reasons.

Do I have to pay for extra adults inside?

Inside Jungle Jims soft play area yes, there is a charge of £1.50 per additional adult due to our limited capacity at the moment.

Is there an age limit?

Jungle Jims operates a height restriction, not an age limit on the indoor play frame of 1.48metres (4’10”) tall. Larger children are able to use the outdoor equipment. There are also dedicated areas for our younger guests.

Do I have to prebook?

 

For the inside soft play area, Jungle Jims – yes you do. This is because we have to operate to strict guidelines to ensure we maintain capacity numbers inline with covid secure restrictions. Soft Play is run as bookable two hour slots :Click Here to Book Tickets

 

For the outside play area, accessed through the Watering Hole Café, this is not prebooked. This is a walk in and pay on the door, as we cannot take prebookings as it is a weather dependent facility and is a large enough area that we do not need to manage capacity.

Are you doing parties?

We are only doing outdoor parties at the moment due to the current restrictions. There are three options to choose from. Please click here to go to the parties page.

Do you serve food still?

Yes there is the Watering Hole Café which currently serves food to both indoor and outdoor areas of Jungle Jims. You can order at the till points of both areas. Have a look at the menu online here before you go:

Are there any Vegan/Vegetarian options?

Yes there are both vegan and vegetarian options available – please see the menu onsite for the most up to date available options.

Can I bring a picnic?

Sorry, no you cannot bring in a picnic, but you can order food and drink from our café at the Watering Hole and from the till at Jungle Jims.

Can you warm baby bottles?

Yes we have the facilities to warm up baby bottles, please just ask a member of staff who will be happy to help you.

Are you providing SEN sessions?

We are an inclusive facility – please contact us if you have specific requests and we will try to accommodate you.

What are your current Covid-19 Prevention Measures?

We have full Covid-19 operational measures in place – this includes enhanced cleaning between sessions and at the beginning and end of each day. We have access points to sanitisers dotted around the building and we ask customers to be mindful of social distancing and wearing masks if they are able to.

What is your reduced capacity during Covid-19? 

We are operating at a reduced capacity indoors of 120 at the moment.

Are there car parking facilities available?

We have a large hard surfaced car park on site specifically for Jungle Jims customers, parking is FREE.

There are also multiple overflow car parks at Quex Park for busy periods and special events.
